Details: 18 year old male wakes up with a dislocated shoulder. Has a history of 2 previous dislocations. Denies any trauma or any injuries.
Medication given: Something that made me go to sleep.
Action taken:dislocation reduced.
Follow up action: visit the orthopologist?
