A lonely tree raises its hands to shield itself from the winds,
Leaves fall.

The waterheater threatening to fall from atop,
it holds.

The diesel tank runs dry.
We walk.

The radio dies on us,
We walk still.

The rain comes a-pattering,
We Walk Still.

Still, the rain falls,
Still, we walk on.

Why does the ringing of a bell signify an event?

Why in the world are there computers?

Why do we still write?

And why are you still reading this?

Someone told me this today : Why not write what we think the rest of us would be in 10 years down the road. When the time comes for us to open the time capsule, we will see who's right and who's wrong about who.

Just one more year of service, and ten more years of ICT with this platoon.

Just 10 more years.

Its time.

Staying out is pretty good.

1 year in the army, 1 more year.

the road ahead is in darkness.

but at least,

i have you my dear, with me by my side.

Thought of the day: The invention of traffic lights signals the inability of mankind to be generous.
